I want to rub these on her feet, and I think she should consider applying them to her skin as well.
Lavender oil smells so good to me, it actually gives me kind of a head rush, and has a very calming effect.

(9-27-18 NOTE: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAVENDER OIL SHOWN BELOW!! I am leaving the link here, to just show you the type I ordered, but I am returning it... it smells awful, for whatever reason. But the others seem ok). Hopefully it was just a bad batch. I much prefer the brand I already have, which is an inexpensive bottle of the DeLaCruz brand I got from Target (you can also get it at CVS and on Amazon). I really love the DeLaCruz brand, and I only ordered this new one because it is "therapeutic grade." But that factor is useless if it stinks so bad you can't even stomach the smell of it! I am not kidding, I had to sniff the peppermint one to just try to get rid of the smell stuck in my nose... and then sniff it again.
This is the brand I ordered, but don't recommend until they get a new batch!
