I decided to get this book by Bernard Jensen, after hearing Wade Lightheart talk about it in this interview, below.He says that Dr. Bernard Jensen had stage 4 cancer and was on his deathbed, but reversed his disease to the point where he had no signs of cancer in just 8 weeks, with MASSIVE doses of Pancreatic Enzymes.

This is a video that got me to want to order these enzymes. Supposedly by the time we hit our 40s, we've lost something like 80 percent of our digestive enzymes. This guy, Wade Lightheart, won bodybuilding championships on a vegetarian diet, consuming just 80 grams of protein per day, and he says the key for him was using digestive enzymes.

If you are unable to afford Wade Lightheart's version (which seem to be the best but are also a bit expensive), you can try these, which have good reviews. I did order these, but our mailperson (a fill-in when my regular lady had a day off) left them out in the sun, despite the fact that I specified I wanted them to be left on the back steps. So I was never entirely sure if they were working as well as they should have. I did notice a little difference, though, so I do believe digestive enzymes work.
